Scheduling Service Calls

Our Tech Support Department schedules repair service calls. They can be reached at 972-526-8500, press option #3.

Not all technical issues require a service call trip by a technician, and some can be solved right over the phone. Should a technician need to visit your home, our standard service call is $59 plus parts (if any parts are needed). Please make sure an adult (18 years old +) can be present to sign the ticket and make payment.
