With cutting-edge technology and AI integration, our Smart Maintenance® solution makes managing your home HVAC system simple and painless. No more guessing what the issue is or getting blindsided by unexpected repairs. Now, you can easily know how well your system is operating, when to change the filter, and when to schedule routine maintenance.
How It Works
Our innovative Smart Maintenance solution employs three primary sensors that run 50,000 checks per day and are compatible with most existing HVAC systems. If the system detects a problem, it will notify you and us. We are monitoring for you and will contact you to address the issue before it turns into a larger repair.
You can have a Smart AC system installed and monitor your system as needed with no in-person tune-ups. Or you can select a plan that uses Smart AC in combination with in-person tune-ups for the best of both worlds.
What Issues Can The Smart Maintenance® System Detect?
During the lifetime of your HVAC system, a number of mechanical or operational issues can crop up. Our advanced AI-integrated system can proactively detect these issues and notify you within moments. This streamlined solution empowers you with greater awareness and control so you can take quick, informed action.

Traditional Tune-Ups
If you prefer traditional tune-ups only, we’ve got you covered, too! Choose from one of two membership plans that make regular maintenance a breeze:
- 1 Traditional tune-up per year (in the spring)
- Billing Options: $8.25 per month or $99 per year
- 2 Traditional tune-ups per year (in the spring and fall)
- Billing Options: $16.50 per month, $99 twice a year, or $198 per year
Our In-Person Tune-Up Checklist
An A/C tune-up keeps your air conditioning system in good working order and helps to identify potential issues. By taking proactive action, you can prevent costly damage to your home or HVAC system. In the spring, we focus the tune-up on cooling performance. In the fall, we focus on the heating and safety of the overall unit.
Our exhaustive tune-up checklist covers every possible detail, but here are just a few common items that make the list:
- Cleaning the outdoor coil
- Inspect coolant levels
- Gauge internal pressure
- Check and adjust the thermostat as needed
- Inspect all wiring, contacts, capacitors, and relays
- Inspect the health of the evaporator coil
- Inspect and clean the condenser
- Inspect condensate drain
- Inspect outdoor disconnect
- Inspect the condenser fan motor and blades
- Inspect compressor at startup
When the tune-up and inspection are completed, our experienced technician will offer any necessary recommendations for any further maintenance or repairs to ensure your system stays in peak operating condition.
