*Some builders do a full prewire and install 2 piece magnetic sensor sin each door and window, and some do not. If the doors and windows are ready to go with both pieces installed, we will connect and monitor them. We can finish the doors and windows if they builder didn’t do them. It’s $15 per door and window, or $5 per door and window if it only needs 1 side of the magnet.
